The Posh have risen up the League 1 table as Wigan have dropped. Accy got a big draw with Walsall as the bottom of League 2 has 4 clubs within 2 points of each other.

Cardiff also has a six point lead in Lg 1 but Lincoln and Stockport had the funnier stories of the weekend. It’s the best weekend in the football calendar: FA Cup Third Round weekend.
History was made as sixth-tier Macclesfield FC stunned defending holders Crystal Palace. They weren’t alone—Everton, Spurs, Bournemouth, Manchester United, and Nottingham Forest all crashed out as well. Manchester City ran up a 10-goal rout and even handed the gate receipts back to Exeter City.
